Latest Engagements with BrightForm
BrightForm Real Estate is proud to have been engaged by Maple Valley Food Bank to conduct a comprehensive real estate feasibility study to support the organization's expansion planning. We are doing so in partnership with PlaceKeep, a Bremerton-based architecture practice dedicated to the infrastructure of community life, with a focus on food security, civic gathering, emergency shelter, and Tribal wellness facilities. Our evaluation and assessment will support the board’s decisions relative to capital project investments as they chart their future and expand their service to the Maple Valley Community
BrightForm Real Estate is honored to have been selected and added to the Technical Assistant list published by the City of Seattle in support of it’s Equitable Development Initiative. In that role we have supported applicants seeking grants for capital projects for communities that have historically been underinvested in. In addition we have been privileged to work with specific community groups and non-profits to address their capital project needs. These include Cham Refugees Community, Friends of Little Saigon, Nurturing Roots.
We look forward to posting more information on those engagements in the near future.
