From Vision to Reality

BrightForm’s portfolio includes projects that not only meet programmatic needs but also strengthen community connections and create spaces for innovation and inclusion.

Little Scholars Montessori Academy (LSMA)

BrightForm is supporting Little Scholars Montessori Academy’s expansion from their current leased facility to a new, multi-building campus in Kent. Following an initial grant award we worked closely with the team to source and increase predevelopment grant funding. In addition, we provided high-level strategic consultation to establish the project’s initial budget, schedule, and development milestones. Our team managed procurement of the consultants and vendors necessary to initiate the master planning process, with a specific focus on aligning strategic partners including the land owner whose vision was to include a school as part of their community resource campus. We walk hand-in hand with these stakeholders to ensure the vision for a new school building, community center, and administrative hub is phased for long-term success.

Saint Vincent de Paul (SVdP) – Centro Rendu

To help Saint Vincent de Paul – Centro Rendu expand its vital Latinx immigrant services, BrightForm spearheaded the predevelopment phase for a new mixed-use housing development. We provided technical assistance to secure essential grant funding and managed the team of vendors and consultants required to initiate site planning and technical studies. Beyond developing the project’s capital budget and milestone schedule, we worked closely with the SVdP Board to provide strategic consultation on property ownership structures and development agreements, ensuring the project is positioned to deliver an innovative affordable housing development and also continue to provide vital community resources through Centro Rendu.

Khmer Community of Seattle King County (KCSKC)

BrightForm is proud to partner with Khmer Community of Seattle King County as they establish a permanent home and cultural hub for the Khmer community. Following the acquisition of their property, we led the efforts to identify and secure Equitable Development Initiative (EDI) grant funding for predevelopment and managed the consultants initiating the master planning and architectural design. Our engagement included developing and implementing a A&E request for qualifications which led to the procurement of the projects key partner and design team, Mithun Architects. We also supported a deep commitment to community engagement to ensure the new campus serves as a culturally responsive teaching platform for youth and elders alike.

In each project, outcomes are measured not just in square footage—but in community impact, operational alignment, and stewardship of resources.
